Words Do Hurt!

Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble."

Feeling Tired?

Do you feel tired even after 8 hours of sleep?

If you are feeling tired after 8 hours of sleep it may be time to synchronize your body for sleep.  According to the UCLA Sleep Disorder Study Center you should try to wake up at the same time every day.

Waking up at the same time everyday helps sunlight to activate your brain.  Waking up at the same time every day synchronizes your brain's biological clock. Get to sleep only when you are sleepy, not just when you are tired.  Don't stay in the bed if you are awake at 2am.  Go ahead and get up.  Being up increases your sleep drive and can make you sleepy enough to go back to bed.  The mind and body are both connected and interconnected. A strong body + A strong mind = A Healthy Spirit!
