Keeping A Promise To Yourself

What I share here is what Really Matters to me. If these things are important to me, they may be important to you too. What Really Matters is information that you can use in everyday life. This week what really matters is Keeping A Promise To Yourself! #selflove #promises #possibilities #goals #intentions

Nothing is impossible. Change takes time and patience. Sometimes we let go of a goal because it doesn’t seem as if things are happening fast enough. Think about this for a just moment. What are your thoughts about setting intentions? What is the difference between a goal and an intention?

A goal is the desired outcome you wish to attain further into the future. An intention is a chosen path that allows you to create something that is ongoing without a definite timetable. It is incorporated into your lifestyle. What positive habits do you want to incorporate into your lifestyle over the next 6 months?

Write them down: When your intentions are written down you can go back and look to see the progress you are making and make adjustments along the way.

Have faith in yourself: You have extraordinary gifts. Nothing can get in the way when you set your mind to it. Think about what intentions are realistic. Pursue what you like. Everyone has a purpose in life. Hearing the word purpose can sound intimidating or overwhelming.

Change your thinking. Substitute “purpose” for journey or path. On every road of a journey we encounter traffic lights. What color is your light and where do you want to go on your journey? How can you carve out the best path?

Though the world may be unpredictable, one thing remains certain–what really matters to you is what really matters to you. The universe will give you more when you value what you have! Chow for now!
